What types of Photo Booths do you offer?

  • We offer a unique variety of Photo Booths including the traditional Selfie Photo Booth, 360 Video/Photo Booth, Glam Photo Booth and our newest addition, the Paparazzi Photo Booth. How does the 360 Photo Booth work?

  • Our 360-degree Photo Booth captures a dynamic video as guests stand on a platform while a camera rotates around them, creating a stunning and immersive video experience. This service includes special effects and customized overlays

What is included in a Photo Booth Rental package?

  • Each package varies based on Photo Booth style but all of them include your desired service time, premium props and prop table, custom themed overlay and more

How long does it take to setup and breakdown the Photo Booth?

  • We require access to the site minimally 2 hours prior to your booking time. This will allow us to determine the best placement, lighting and flow of guests to optimize efficiency of your event. 

Do you provide an attendant with the Photo Booth?

  • With the exception of the Selfie Photo Booth, yes, we provide an attendant. An attendant can be added to the Selfie Photo Booth package but it is priced for drop-off service. Please inquire to add an attendant. 

How do guests receive their photos and videos?

  • Guests can receive their photos and videos instantly via email, text, or social media. We also provide an online gallery after the event where all photos and videos are available for download.

What are the space and power requirements for the Photo Booth?

  • Our Photo Booths require a space of approximately 10x10 feet and access to a standard electrical outlet. For outdoor events, we charge an additional $75 for our all day tent rental unless the client provides adequate coverage for our equipment. 

How do I book a Photo Booth and what is the payment process?

  • Select the Photo Booth experience of your choice, choose indoor or outdoor for setup options and your date and start time. Simply add to cart and check out as normal. Your deposit is 20% to secure your booking and the remainder is due 7 days prior to your event.

Can I customize the photo booth experience to match my event's theme?

  • Absolutely! We specialize in creating customized experiences. Whether you have a specific theme, color scheme, or branding in mind, we'll work closely with you to design a photo booth setup that perfectly complements your event's theme.

What payment options do you offer, and are there any hidden fees?

  • We offer flexible payment options, including the convenience of 4 interest-free payments. When you book with us, we provide transparent pricing without hidden fees. Our goal is to make the payment process easy and straightforward for our clients.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible via help@360livemobile.com. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance with forfeit their deposit and have the remaining balance left on file as credit toward a future date to be used up to one year later.
